Amitabh Bachchan and Nag Ashwin’s BTS pictures are dropped

On Saturday, Vyjayanthi Movies shared new behind-the-scenes photos from the sets of ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ featuring Amitabh Bachchan and director Nag Ashwin. In the photos, Amitabh Bachchan is seen in full prosthetics and makeup as his character Ashwatthama. Vyjayanthi Movies captioned the photos on their official Twitter page: “When the fierce Ashwatthama meets our visionary director… magic happens.”
Earlier this month, Nag Ashwin discussed his experience working with the legendary actor. In an interview, he said, “The first day of shooting was with Mr. Bachchan Sir, and it was as intimidating as it could get. He was in full prosthetics, and it was the first day of shooting for this film.

I was trying to figure out how to work with him—what the boundaries were, whether I could ask for more takes, how to direct him. But because of his experience and his superstar status, he made it all easy and comfortable. He was fully available and made things happen.”
The impressive star cast of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ includes superstars Prabhas and Deepika Padukone, along with film legends Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan. Disha Patani is also part of the film. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ was released in multiple languages on June 27 and is currently running successfully in theatres.
