Chandrababu Naidu takes oath as Andhra Pradesh CM for the 4th time!
All the BJP leaders were in attendance for the day. Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda, Road Transport & Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde were present at the occasion.
N. Chandra Babu Naidu took the oath today as then Andhra Pradesh chief minister. Jana Sena Party (JSP) chief Pawan Kalyan, Naidu’s son Nara Lokesh, and senior JSP leader Nadendla Manohar were also among those who took the oath of office.

After taking the oath of office, Chandrababu Naidu embraced Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was also on the dais with the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. The ceremony saw the presence of PM Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, BJP national president JP Nadda, Road Transport & Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Other notable attendees included Ramdas Athawale, Anupriya Patel, Chirag Paswan, NCP leader Praful Patel, and former Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu.
In addition to prominent political figures, South Indian superstars Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Nandamuri Balakrishna (NBK), and Rajinikanth also graced the occasion. Former Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan was present as well.
This marks Chandrababu Naidu’s fourth term as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. During his first two terms, he led the undivided Andhra Pradesh from 1995 to 2004. After the state’s bifurcation in 2014, he became the first Chief Minister of the newly formed Andhra Pradesh. Naidu lost the 2019 assembly elections to YSR Congress’ Jagan Mohan Reddy. However, he made a comeback in 2024, becoming Chief Minister once again after the NDA defeated the YSR Congress in the assembly polls.
