Disha Patani lost in the star-studded film – Kalki

The movie “Kalki” boasts an impressive array of characters, featuring numerous guest appearances by notable names such as Vijay Devarakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Rajamouli, Ram Gopal Varma, and Anudeep KV. These cameos, along with many character roles, have left a lasting impression on the audience. However, Bollywood actress Disha Patani, who portrayed the character Roxy, did not achieve significant recognition for her role.

Audiences felt that Disha’s character was largely insignificant, and her presence or absence in the movie seemed to make little difference. After watching the film, viewers discussed various characters and the actors who played them, but Disha Patani was rarely mentioned.

In “Kalki,” Disha played the love interest of Prabhas’ character, Bhairava. Unfortunately, their romance failed to resonate with the audience. Director Nag Ashwin did not develop scenes that effectively showcased the relationship between the two characters.

Disha Patani lost in the star-studded film – Kalki

Although there was a song featuring Prabhas and Disha, where she appeared glamorous, it did not leave a lasting impact. Once the song ended, Disha’s character faded into the background and was quickly forgotten. After leaving the theater, few people even remembered Disha’s role.

In contrast, Deepika Padukone, who played a key role, overshadowed even Prabhas. The entire story of “Kalki” revolves around Deepika’s character, and her performance received widespread praise. Her strong portrayal made a significant impression, leaving Disha without much benefit from the film.

Ultimately, Disha Patani’s role in “Kalki” did not contribute to her career advancement. Despite her presence in a big-budget movie with an ensemble cast, she did not manage to stand out. This lack of impact highlights that even with a role in a high-profile film like “Kalki,” Disha had no advantage in terms of career progression or financial gain.
