Vishwak Sen is set to make a comeback to the big screen with “Gangs of Godavari,” an action-packed movie directed by lyricist-turned-filmmaker Krishna Chaitanya. The film is slated for release on May 31, 2024.

The newly released trailer offers a glimpse into the gritty and intense narrative set along the banks of the Godavari River. The story revolves around a rising young political leader, portrayed by Vishwak Sen. Who is determined to become a major force in the region. His character is depicted in a menacing avatar, highlighting his ambitious quest for power.

The film’s music and background score are composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. With editing handled by Navin Nooli, known for his work on “Pushpa.” The project began filming in July 2023 in the picturesque rural areas near Rajamundry and wrapped up by September. Despite some delays, the movie is now ready for its theatrical release.
Supporting Cast and Special Appearances
In addition to the main cast, “Gangs of Godavari” includes performances by Nassar, Sai Kumar, Hyper Aadi, Madhunandan, Praveen, Goparaju Ramana, and others in key roles. Notably, Bigg Boss fame Ayesha Khan makes a special appearance in the film with the song “Motha.”
