The actor finally decides to break the silence and clear a few claims that were surrounding him when he was off social media. He said that people would write all such things about him without even thinking how that feels.
As we all know the actor, Imran Khan was not seen in films for a while. Even though he did have a chance to be in the limelight by attending events. And being active on social media, he simply refused to do so.
It was recently that he made a comeback to social media and was faced with many rumors. About his lifestyle surrounding his far-fetched absence from the public view.
Imran Khan in a recent interview said, “Even if you’re not on social media, they’re still legacy media. I get newspapers at the house. My mom, my aunts, and that generation who still get the newspaper at home, would see the images and would be disturbed by it.”

He also added, “They would see the images, captions, and news, which implied that I was taking drugs or something. It was disturbing. It’s complicated then to have that conversation with your parents, with your family, and say, ‘Look, I can’t manage what those people say and what they do.’ People say these things without consideration, without a thought of how they land.’’
When asked about his comeback after a nine-year break he said, “I’m having these conversations with writers, directors, and producers. I’m trying to find something that sparks. I guess at this point, two stories have kind of resonated with me, which I’m developing with the directors, but they’re not close to a full project yet. So, I don’t have a proper film that I have signed or a show that I have signed that I’m committed to yet.”
