It was alleged that the actor had approached the Telangana High Court for relief regarding a property matter. However, in a recent statement, Jr NTR’s team revealed that the property in question was sold by the actor back in 2013. They requested that people stop associating the RRR actor’s name with any issues concerning the property.

According to an earlier report, Jr NTR purchased a property in Jubilee Hills in 2003. For Rs 36 lakhs from Sunku Geetha Lakshmi, which is now valued at Rs 24 crores. Recently, there were claims that the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) favored banks despite the actor possessing genuine documents.
On May 16, a vacation bench asked the petitioner why he sought an order from the High Court. Against the DRT instead of approaching the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT). This prompted the High Court to identify a technical error in the previous judgment, postponing the hearing to June 6, 2024.
In response to the ongoing speculation and numerous reports including his name. Jr NTR issued an official statement clarifying that he sold the property years ago.
