Along with the social media promotions, the makers have also decided to take the national tour with Bujji, the gigantic vehicle. Which was designed by a team of engineers from Mahindra. The film’s trailer was launched recently and has received an amazing response.

Recently, director Nag Ashwin and his team released a video explaining the genesis of this ambitious project. With a colossal budget of 600 crores, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ promises to transport audiences into a meticulously crafted new world, showcasing the immense effort and dedication of the entire team.

Early making-of videos revealed the attention to detail invested in every aspect of the film, from the design of vehicle tires to the costumes, all tailored to fit its dystopian setting. In the latest video, Nag Ashwin explains that the story is conceived as a sequel to the Mahabharata. He elaborates on his vision of blending Indian mythology with a dystopian future, a concept he developed over five years. This explanatory video has been received exceptionally well.
