Janhvi Kapoor and Nani to Team Up for Nani’s 33rd Film Directed by Srikanth Odela
Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is reportedly set to share the screen with Natural Star Nani in his upcoming film. According to sources, the makers of the tentatively titled “Nani33” are eyeing Janhvi Kapoor for a key role.
If the rumors are true, this would mark Janhvi Kapoor’s third direct Telugu film after Jr NTR’s “Devara” and the Ram Charan-Buchi Babu Sana project. While there is no official confirmation yet, the buzz about this collaboration has fans excited.
The upcoming film, tentatively called “Nani33,” is being directed by Srikanth Odela, known for his work on “Dasara.” This marks his second collaboration with Nani. “Dasara,” a 2023 period action flick, featured Nani in a rugged avatar and received a positive response from critics, eventually becoming a box office hit. The film also starred Keerthy Suresh, Dheekshith Shetty, Shine Tom Chacko, and Samuthirakani.

On the anniversary of “Dasara’s” release, Nani unveiled a look at his next project with Srikanth Odela, calling it “Madness.” If Janhvi Kapoor joins the cast, it would be a significant addition to the film.
Nani’s last film was “Hi Nanna,” directed by debutant Shouryuv. The romantic drama tells the story of a single father, a successful photographer, and his life with his daughter, Mahi, who suffers from a pulmonary disease. The film featured Mrunal Thakur as the female lead and included performances by Nassar, Jayaram, Priyadarshi Pulikonda, Angad Bedi, and more.
Next up for Nani is “Saripodhaa Sanivaaram,” a vigilante action thriller directed by Vivek Athreya. This marks Athreya’s second film with Nani after “Ante Sundaraniki.” The film also stars Priyanka Mohan, S. J. Suryah, Aditi Balan, Sai Kumar, and more in prominent roles.
