Raashi Khanna Joins Ustaad Bhagat Singh as Shloka
The much-anticipated film Ustaad Bhagat Singh, starring Pawan Kalyan, is currently being shot in Hyderabad. Directed by Harish Shankar, the film’s production has been ongoing for several months, adapting to Pawan Kalyan’s busy political schedule. While excitement builds for Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which hits theatres on July 24, the team behind Ustaad Bhagat Singh continues work behind the scenes.
Recently, buzz circulated that Raashi Khanna had joined the film’s cast. The makers have now confirmed the news with an official announcement and revealed her first-look poster. In the poster, Raashi appears cheerful, holding a camera, with her character named Shloka. The visuals hint at a lively and creative role for the actress.

Raashi Khanna is now the second leading lady in the film, alongside Sreeleela, who has already been part of the recent shooting schedules. As per the team, Raashi is actively involved in the current schedule, which is expected to conclude soon.
This project marks the second time Harish Shankar and Pawan Kalyan are teaming up after their blockbuster Gabbar Singh in 2012. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, Ustaad Bhagat Singh also features music composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The film is targeting a release in Summer 2026.
