Ranveer Singh left the ‘Rakshas’ shoot without intimating?
Ranveer Singh has been making headlines for his unexpected decision to withdraw from Prasanth Varma’s ‘Rakshas.’ The actor reportedly shot for the film for three days before abruptly exiting the project.
According to a source close to the film’s production team, the situation has caused significant frustration. Contrary to earlier reports suggesting creative differences between Ranveer and director Prasanth Varma, the source revealed that Ranveer left the film without providing any explanation. The source told that Ranveer had been the one to “pursue” Prasanth for ‘Rakshas,’ despite the director’s initial plans to start a different Telugu project after ‘Hanu-Man.’ Prasanth decided to postpone his other project to work on ‘Rakshas’ due to Ranveer’s apparent enthusiasm.
Ranveer Singh left the ‘Rakshas’ shoot without intimating?
The source elaborated on Ranveer’s abrupt departure, stating, “Ranveer flew down to shoot with us and worked on the film for three days. We wrapped up those days of shooting happily. Then, suddenly, we received a message from him saying he could no longer do the film, with no explanation provided. We were stunned. To make matters worse, someone leaked the news to the Mumbai media. We would have preferred to handle the situation discreetly. Unfortunately, in Mumbai, there’s a tendency to create controversy even over unprofessional behavior, which isn’t how we operate.”
This unexpected turn of events has left the ‘Rakshas’ team in a difficult position as they navigate the fallout from Ranveer Singh’s sudden exit.
