The man behind KGF and Salaar, Prashanth Neel has a big reveal. Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire which was released in December 2023 was a massive hit earning more than 500 crores at the box office globally.
After the huge success of Prabhas starrer Salaar Part 1, his fans have been eager for the second part’s update. The director Prashanth Neel has revealed that Prabhas has now begun the shoot for part 2. After the huge success of Kalki 2898 AD.
As reported by a source, Prabhas will start the shoot on August 10, in Ramoji Film City. A source says, “Through the making of Salaar. Prashanth Neel has already shot for 20 percent of the sequel with Prabhas and Prithviraj. There is a standing set at Ramoji Film City and the journey on Salaar 2. Begins with a schedule on this set.”
Neel, known for his meticulous planning, has committed to shooting two major films in 2024 and 2025. “Prashanth Neel is committed to shooting for two feature films – ‘Salaar 2’ and ‘Dragon’ with NTR Jr – in 2024 and 2025. He has met both the producers and promised to shoot for the two feature films in the pre-decided timelines. He has chalked out a schedule for both the films. And he is confident to have a smooth journey with two of the top stars,” an insider revealed.
