Delhi airport roof collapses, amid heavy rains
Ram Mohan Naidu, the Civil Aviation Minister is right on the job after the news broke out of the Delhi airport roof collapse. Terminal 1 of Delhi airport collapsed in the early hours and a cab driver lost his life. this incident has left 4 people injured.
The roof collapse took place in the early hours around 5:30 AM. Ram Mohan Naidu, who recently took up the post of Aviation Minister took care of the relief activities. He is personally overseeing all the activities at the location.

He took to social media and said, “Personally monitoring the roof collapse incident at T1 Delhi Airport. First responders are working at the site. Also advised the airlines to assist all affected passengers at T1. The injured have been evacuated to hospital. Rescue operations are still ongoing.”
Later he shared a few pictures from the site and said, “The T1 Terminal and reviewing with the officials. All required rescue operations are being conducted at the terminal.”
It is reported that the government has declared 3 lakhs for the injured and 20 lakhs for the deceased for a mishap that happened at the Delhi airport Terminal 1.
The other day, the roof collapsed at Jabalpur airport and today, it happened at the National capital due to rains. Ram Mohan Naidu has a job to do and bring the crisis under control. We have to see if he would efficiently handle the issue.
