Harish Rao: Though Congress can buy leaders, but can’t buy BRS ranks:
The senior leader of Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS), T. Harish Rao, emphasized that despite attempts by the ruling Congress party to sway BRS leaders, the loyalty of party members remains unshaken. Speaking at preparatory meetings for the Zaheerabad and Medak Lok Sabha constituencies, Rao declared that those who once held power within BRS but now betray the party will not be welcomed back in the future, regardless of any circumstances.
Rao urged party members to educate the public about Congress’ failure to fulfill its promises and to garner support for BRS. He highlighted unmet promises, such as increased social security pensions, assistance to women, and agricultural subsidies, urging people to vote for BRS if they haven’t received these benefits.
