Akhanda 2 Ticket Sales Begin in Andhra Pradesh Ahead of Grand Premiere

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s much-awaited sequel Akhanda 2: Thaandavam is all set to roar into theatres tomorrow, and the excitement is already visible. The film will begin its journey with paid premieres, continuing the strong legacy of the Balayya–Boyapati Sreenu collaboration. Which has consistently drawn massive crowds.

Ahead of the release, the makers received approval for a special ticket price hike across Andhra Pradesh. For the paid premieres, ticket prices have been fixed at ₹600. Additionally, theatres have been allowed to increase rates—single screens by ₹75 and multiplexes by ₹100. These prices, excluding GST, will remain in place for the first ten days of the film’s run, indicating the high expectations surrounding the sequel.

Advance bookings have officially opened across many regions in Andhra Pradesh, and the response has been promising right from the start. The film is already trending on BookMyShow with impressive hour-by-hour sales. Meanwhile, ticket bookings in Telangana are likely to commence later today, adding to the growing anticipation.

Produced by Raam Achanta and Gopi Achanta, the movie also carries high musical expectations with Thaman composing the soundtrack.
